[RECIPE]

[Prepare] AMOCAN Red Spicy Meat Paste – 1 packet
Chicken – 500g
Water – 500ml

[Cooking Instructions]
DEEP FRIED
Step 1 – Deep fry chicken until golden brown colour.
Step 2 – Stir AMOCAN Red Spicy Meat Paste with 50ml of water and add into the wok pan. Stir occasionally and cook over medium heat until chicken becomes tender and the gravy thickens.
Step 3 – Dish up and serve with rice.

STIR FRIED
Step 1 – Add AMOCAN Red Spicy Meat Paste with 50ml of water and chicken into a wok pan. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked.
Step 2 – Dish up and serve with rice.
