'Amocan' Sweet and Sour Sauce

How to prepare Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet (Serving 3 Persons):

1. Prepare fish fillet by dipping each piece on the beaten eggs then cover them with breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown.
2. Remove from oil, place onto absorbent paper and keep warm.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok. When oil is very hot, add sliced pineapple, sliced tomato, onion and stir fry quickly for 5 minutes until softened but not cooked through.
4. Add just enough of 'AMOCAN' Sweet and Sour Sauce, stir through and cook for a further 2 minutes.
5. Place fish onto serving plate and place sweet and sour sauce over fish fillet.
6. Ready to serve with rice.
