Singapore White Laksa Complete Cooking Kit

How to Parepare Singapore White Laksa?


Fish Cake (cut)                                                200g

Bean Curd Puff (cut)                                       130g 

Prawn                                                              200g 

Noodles/ Rice Vermicelli                                   250g 

Water                                                            1200ml

*Amocan Coconut Premix                                2pkts (100g)

*Amocan Singapore White Laksa Paste            1pkt (240g)

Remark: * included in this Amocan pack


Cooking Steps:

Step 1: In a pot, add AMOCAN Singapore White Laksa Paste, fry it over gentle heat until it is fragrant.  Pour in 1200 ml of water, stir well and bring to boil.

Step 2: Add in fish cake, bean curd puffs and prawns. Cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 3: Stir two packs of AMOCAN Coconut Premix into 200 ml of water in a separate bowl.  Mix well and add to pot.

Step 4: Blanch noodles or rice vermicelli in boiling water. Shake off excess water and serve into bowl.

Step 5: Pour the Singapore White Laksa gravy over the noodles or rice vermicelli. Serve while hot. It’s quick, tasty food at its best.
