'Amocan' Curry Beef

How to Prepare Beef Curry Lettuce Cups?

1. In a large saute pan, heat oils over medium high heat and add onion, garlic, ginger root, and serrano chilies. Saute for about 5 - 7 minutes or until the onions are translucent

2. Stir in 'AMOCAN' Curry Beef, a little at a time, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring ocassionally until mixture is slightly thickened and break up any large pieces of meat.

3. Meanwhile, seperate the leaves of the lettuce to form cups. Wash and dry throughly.

4. Spoon Curry Beef into lettuce cups and top with the chopped red pepper.
