'Amocan' Singapore Curry Sauce Hot

How to Prepare Curry Mee?

1. Heat the oil in wok or pan. Fry the ‘AMOCAN’ Curry Sauce until fragrant.
2. Add in chicken pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add water or stock and bring to boil.
4. Simmer the curry over low heat. Keep warm

To serve
• Put some bean sprouts, fish balls, prawns, tau pok, noodles and ladle the hot gravy in.
• Garnish with sliced chilies, shallots and a piece of lime.
